Your skincare routine doesn’t have to be long and complicated to be effective. In fact, we believe the simpler the routine, the more effective the results.
In today’s fast-paced environment, you might find yourself pressed for time, but that doesn’t mean your skin can’t look and feel like a million bucks.
When you get up to brush your teeth we recommend rinsing your face with lukewarm water. If you have any makeup residue from the night before, make sure to remove it with a gentle cleanser. Our Night Face Serum doubles up as an eye makeup remover, dissolving even the most stubborn of mascaras.
After you have washed your face, pat dry with a clean face towel and apply a few drops of an oil-based serum. Our Morning Face Serum is our go-to but you can use whichever you prefer. If you’re experiencing tired or puffy eyes, we recommend a drop or two of our Anti-Age Eye Serum, lightly dabbed under and around each eye.
Due to their highly nourishing properties, a serum is generally all you need. You can follow it up with a chemical-free moisturiser if you like and make sure to apply your favourite sunscreen and let it absorb into your skin before applying makeup, if you choose to do so.
That’s your morning routine done!
After a long day, the last thing you want to do is spend hours focusing on your skin. We recommend starting off by removing the days makeup with your cleanser of choice. Rinse your face to remove product build up and apply a few drops of your serum of choice. Calming herbs; bergamot, lavender and chamomile have been added to our Night Face Serum to promote sleep and relaxation, as well as glowing soft skin.
What ever time of day you choose to fit your shower in, follow up by applying a nourishing body oil to avoid dehydration and counteract abrasion from shaving or soap products. Our non-greasy Nourish Body Oil is a great choice.
